What is the difference between Managed and Owned?
Managed is a Brooks-hosted, standardized website with a six-month structure and tightly bounded monthly help. Owned is a fixed-scope build delivered for client ownership after the written scope and final payment.
What does the monthly Managed request include?
One small request capped at 15 founder minutes. It does not roll over and does not include a new page, new feature, redesign, or unlimited custom development.
What materials do I need to provide?
Accurate text, logo or branding, photos, prices, service details, contact information, and confirmation that you have the right to use every supplied asset.
How do Owned payments work?
Brooks confirms a written scope first. The standard posture is a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before launch, transfer, or handoff. There is no universal public full-payment checkout.
When is Website Care available?
After a Brooks-built website or a paid review of an existing website. Monthly time does not roll over and does not cover new pages, redesigns, SEO campaigns, emergency support, or guaranteed same-day work.
Does a Services purchase include Brooks AI HUB Platform access?
No. Services are separate from Brooks AI HUB subscriptions, AI allowances, app access, workspaces, and Core billing.
